This Privacy Policy explains how TrumpAccounts.guide (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit https://trumpaccounts.guide. We built this site to educate families about Trump Accounts. We do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

1. Calculators and tools (not stored by us)

Our calculators and checkers run entirely in your browser. Inputs such as birth year or contribution amounts stay on your device. We do not transmit calculator inputs to our servers and we do not store them.

2. Email signups (optional)

If you request a free checklist or subscribe for updates, you provide an email address. We store that address (plus magnet/segment tags, page path, and optional UTM parameters) in a Google Sheet via Google Forms so we can send the freebie and occasional Trump Account updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell email lists.

3. Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools to understand which pages are useful (for example, aggregate page views and referral sources). These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed. When traffic qualifies, we may switch to a premium publisher network (for example Mediavine or Raptive). 5. Server and hosting logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies or local storage may be used for:

  • Analytics (understanding traffic in aggregate)
  • Advertising (AdSense and Google partners)
  • Site functionality (for example, remembering a UI preference if we add one)

This site is for parents, guardians, employers, and tax professionals — not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Trump Account content discusses accounts for children; it does not ask children to submit data to us.

Data retention

Email addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive contacts. Analytics and ad data follow each provider’s retention practices. Calculator inputs are not retained by us.

International visitors

The site is hosted in the United States and focused on U.S. tax law. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or legal requirements change. The “Last verified” date at the top shows when we last reviewed it.
